This is the first clapboard house,  owned by Norman Phelps. The house was located in Pilot Knob, New York.

This is the home that my father, Clarence Phelps built in 1954. It is located on 15 Cooper St., Fort Edward, NY. I grew up in this house. My parents passed away in 2001. I sold the house in 2002.
